These sayas are custom made for Kikuichi by wood craftsman David Choi in Chicago.
Please note these saya are generously sized to fit as many knives as possible, and the knives are loosely held in place by magnets, not tension.
Due to the extreme kiritsuke angle of the MDT67 series Gyuto, these magnetic saya are not a good fit. However, the larger 240mm will work for the MDT67-210K.
The magnets are very weak. If I hold the saya upright, the knife falls out. It's even worse because one of the magnets fell out.

Both little magnets popped out already
The little magnets both popped out yesterday while I was putting my knife away and now it’s basically useless. Extremely disappointing. Used for less than two weeks.
