For Kikuichi warranty claims please email info@kikuichi.net with a picture of the defective product and a brief description of the problem.  Our warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, or accidental drops.

For Nano Hone products all warranty issues should be addressed directly to Nano Hone.

If you want to have your Kikuichi knife sharpened you can mail it to the New Jersey address shown above. We ask you pay for the return postage fee of $15 for one knife or $20 for multiple knives within the Continental US.  Other destination prices may vary.
