Warranty Claims

For Kikuichi warranty claims please email info@kikuichi.net with a picture of the defective product and a brief description of the problem.  Our warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, or accidental drops.

For Nano Hone products all warranty issues should be addressed directly to Nano Hone.


Free Sharpening

If you want to have your Kikuichi knife sharpened, it can be sent in- we just ask that you cover shipping.  Return shipping may be 'purchased' on our site HERE.
Continental shipping within the US will be $15 for one knife or $20 for multiple knives.  Please contact us for other destinations.
