PS60 Series PS60 Monosteel Nakiri

The PS60 monosteel line is our most recent addition to our Western handled offerings. With an excellent hardness of 61 Rockwell, and fantastic blade geometry these are excellent performers. The stabilized wood handle won't splinter or crack and the knife feels both light and solid in the hand.  PS60 steel is made in Japan by Hitachi and is similar to their Gin-5 or Sandvik 13C26. This High performance, low maintenance steel will last a lifetime.
