I love it
I have purchased 6 of these knives - 2 for my own use and 4 as gifts. Frankly I have 2 because it is my go to knife for prep. It holds an edge well. For me it is a perfect grip and size for a good deal of the knife work I do. I suppose my appreciation of the knife is apparent in my purchase of 4 of them as gifts.
Fantastic
