COVID-19 Response

As a company that serves a global customer base, we want to assure you that Kikuichi is committed to the safety of our customers. 

Our employees are adhering to CDC and local governance recommended hygiene, and cleaning and disinfecting guidelines to reduce any risk of infection. Additionally, all our shipments receive white glove treatment to ensure all products shipped both clean and of the highest quality. The transmission of COVID-19 by touching surfaces such as boxes is quite low, but please wash your hands after handling boxes to ensure risk is further reduced. 

All in all, our daily operations are not being greatly impacted. We are still accepting orders at and responding to customer inquiries. There should be little to no delay in shipments as long as shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS are functional. We will also continue to offer our lifetime Kikuichi sharpening services, however the turnaround time will be delayed due to our sharpening expert’s availability.
